How We Support Our Customers
At Kyanite Mining Corporation, we like to have a personal relationship with our customers. We really like to get to know our customers on a personal level and understand their process and products. This allows us to better understand how our customers use Kyanite products and how we can best support them.
We love to meet with our clients over the phone and through video calls as well as visiting customers in person at their plants or workspaces. Through our meetings and conversations with clients, we’re always discovering new ways to improve our products and provide better support and resources to our customers.
At KMC headquarters, we have several research labs that we utilize to try new recipes to help our customers improve their current products and save time in the R&D process. We have dedicated research labs for both refractories and investment casting. We also have x-ray technology in the Quality Control Lab to identify chemistry and mineral phases which can be used to compare and refine recipes. We enjoy helping customers problem solve and get their recipes just right! We also try to always have samples available for our customers so that sample acquisition never slows down the development process.
It's important for all of our clients to know: we take the privacy and confidentiality of our customers very seriously. We are able to sign NDAS as needed.
